    Well, I guess that stuff is up to the individual. Some people are mature enough at age 15, some are not. Just like some people are mature enough to vote at age 18, while others aren't. It'll always be like that.

    "Mature" is a subjective term in this case and fairly irrelevent. Wisdom and insight are only accumulated with time and experience. When someone young trusts someone older, especially if that trust is based on the irrational thing that is being "in love", there's potential for abuse. Of course, I should mention that I'm talking about an age difference of 10 years or more for the sake of this argument, not a 15 yr old and an 18 yr old mind you.
    Just a general discussion. Age of consent where Mel lives is 15.
