    That's chilled out enough. I plan on cutting down on smoking and probably quit altogether. My physique has gone to shit completely, used to train in MMA for a couple of years, every morning 4 mile jog. Now I'd expect a medal for 4 meters.

    I hate getting into a routine, but it looks like it's got to be done I need to get back in the ring!

    I struggle to handle a few weeks of 40c temps (104F), so there's absolutely no way i could handle your temperatures.

    Ray do you not listen to any of the After-life mixes? I went to a DnB event up in Edinburgh Scotland. They lock you in for the night (completely serious) but at about 5 the DnB stops and whoever hasn't passed out or DIED, gets to chill to some of this stuff.

    You know what I have to come out there, I've never actually been to a desert before! Had to drive past the one in Saudi cos apparently it was snake breeding season (you could see the horny bastards laying everywhere).
