    I've got centipede grass, it's still not all the way out of dormancy yet - just got a lot of shit weeds here and there that comes up this time of year, they die off when it heats up.

    It's been in the low 70's all week here and supposed to be all weekend. I'm sure I'll be out in the yard this evening and tomorrow.

    Nah got work again tonight, fuck I hate working weekends. Ran into an old mate tonight at work, he was telling me about his new job, 7am-3pm monday to friday and I demanded info on how to apply. Shift work sucks azz's ass.

    I made the mistake of getting an outfit to start fertilizing/weed treating the lawn up here back a couple of years ago. The lawn looks fucking great in the summer, but I end up having to mow it about three times a week. :(
    That's a welcome chore this time of year, but it gets a bit old come August.

    I hear ya, I ride a tracker for my yard - it's 3/4 an acre - so I don't mind that but the friggin weed eating is a different story. I hate that shit, kills my back.

    I do teh shift work thing too dude. But I work 12s so I get plenty o' time off every week. The hours suck, but I wouldn't trade the time off for anything.

    We've got 4 acres total, and abut 2 of it is lawn now. I was push (self-propelled) mowing it until last year. :shock:

    Bought a 42" Toro last year, and I don't know how I lived without it.
    You're right though....the weed wacking sucks ass. :(
