    going well enough. weather is nice here but not where i want to be at though. :(
    I intend to. I got a 10 year lease with 5 year option that I can exercise so I am not worried. The guy is an idiot who thinks he knows a thing or two about the economy when he is dealing with somebody who has a finance degree. I don't care if he is an attorney or not, but I will make him look stupid (i also sent a copy to the landlord) and point out all the wrong things he assumes will happen to his ass. I don't care if he doesn't like me after this but nobody talks down to me like i am some idiot.

    bad memory card or some issue with your memory? could be you added a software recently that now consumed more than what you had available or one of your RAM is going bad. Dunno the specifics but it is usually memory related.

    Try task manager and see how much reserve memory you have left, how much is being utilized. does it say you have as much physical memory as you installed? it could be that one of them just needs to be reseated. or removing some software or programs that run at start-up.
