It looks like a nice layout, One. Nice drawing, too!

 

it's a shitty layout, 2 rooms, bathroom and a hall/starirway downstairs, and one big room, one small room and bathroom + hallway upstairs

could use at least a couple more decent sized rooms

 

How old is it and who built it, a contractor or private carpenters?

 

Enough accommodation for one person?

 

with all the stuff I have it's a bit crowded in here, and I could use more space in the kitchen. and if everything could be on just one floor that'd be great

 

So you need what they call here a one-floor "ranch style" house.

just looked at some photos and, yup

 

with a built in 3 car garage, maybe some space for some tools and stuff that I'm working on. a separate dining room, lounge area, tv room, office/computer room, a large kitchen with lots of workareas, 3 bedrooms (just in case of sleepovers) at least 2 bathrooms (in case of sleepovers ), and .. well I think that's it

 

If the house are gonna have a second floor then it's only for storage area.. like an indoor attic

 

oh yeah, a laundry room would also be great

 

and a big motherfucking porch big enough for a party to be held on it

 

There are a lot of ranch houses in the suburbs around me.

 

I just vacuumed a little bit. Almost done with the laundry, too.

 

most important though is to put the house on an at least 1 meter thick slab of concrete so that all the doors will continue to fit right as the seasons pass

 

I'm gonna be heading out of here now, gonna go and connect a new trailer plug on a trailer.
