Pretty much.....slows down a little after November, but picks up again after February. Now it is every 4 to 5 days weather permitting.....

 

Sucks about the money. Sounds like a ride on would be a worthy investment. I couldnt swing one either

 

that'd be a sight for sore eyes to take those machines onto a lawn that they barely would fit on and make hay..

oh man, crazy week. my last day off was like 3 weeks ago. tired.

 

My Cable company said someone built a fence and cut through a cable here. That explains the TV outage, but not the Internet outages for the last few weeks. So still only a couple of TV channels. Supposedly the guy is here working right now.

 

I'd like to have a ride on mower too, but they are so expensive and the lawn isn't that big anyway

I have had them in the past.....shortly after 2003 I decided I wanted to play on the weekends, so I sold all my yard maintenance equipment and hired a yard service. I knew that with a $60K reduction in income due to my forced retirement in 2010, I could not afford many things, such as the yard service, so several month prior to my retirement I stopped the yard service and with the money I saved purchased minimal required equipment to allow me to do it myself. Then the following summer in 2011, my wife was forced to retire and that was another $30 reduction in income....so now I have to work at remaining financially solvent....having now to put $1,500 a month away so I can pay the $6K in property taxes in November. :?

I have a question to you guys in USA.. I have a friend who's going there in a couple of months, and he's looking to get a throw away when home telephone subscription, most likely a cash card to use there to access internet and for his family to be able to reach him if necessary. he can't use the one he have here as the bill will be too high when he get back home.

what do you suggest for him?
