  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    So, they hired a guy with autism. He is 80 percent incapable of doing ANY of the jobs there. Not sure why they hired him, except for possible tax breaks for hiring the handicapped. (Yes, my company is that sleazy.) So, as a trainer, I spend 1/3 of my days redoing his work. I'm not mad at him, obviously. He can't help it. It's just a very unusual decision to hire him for this particular job.

    Another sad thing is that other employees who only have slight contact with him think he's just a stupid kid. I've had to straighten out 3 people out on his condition so far. They all came to me to complain. Poor kid. When I ask him to do something, he says, "Yes, SIR!" I keep telling him to call me by my name, but he forgets from day to day. :(
