Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I got the fringe of a t-storm...I estimate a tenth of an inch, so no problems with water....and it occurred right after I finished mowing the back yard, etc. Perfect timing and it did help to keep the temps down a little...we are at 88F/31C now.

    My estimate of a tenth was close....actual recorded was 0.12 inches...:lol:

    Rain often makes for some wonderfully comfortable temps, and makes the air smell showroom new. I wish we were getting more rain to wash the dust out of the air.

    When my oldest son was in high school, he went with friends to Arizona.....he hated the low humidity there....dry skin, cracked lips, etc. Funny how he loves Portland as it tends to have similar humidities as we do here....just much lower temps on average.
