Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I guess you could call it that....three exterior doors need replacing, massive front doors need to be refinished, some painting, replacing all exterior door hinges and hardware and a few other things like prep, caulk, paint front porch and columns, etc.

    We have more research to do as right now we do not know if we will refurbish existing windows or replace them. I don't like the windows we have now, they have been a pain all along, but replacement may be cost prohibitive.
