I am sitting here trying to decide if I am going to do some cooking tonight....:thinks2:

Lisa is making stir fry tonight.

was just doing last runway check.

 

I am just sitting here in an absolutely quiet house.

 

I may do stir fry tonight also....got some beef I can cut up and lots of veggies!

Lisa and I may go check on the cabin tonight after supper.

 

I think the only thing I will do after I eat is the nightly dog walk....

Hi gang.

I just woke up.

 

It's been raining like hell here for an hour.

 

We're having an old fashioned gully-washer rain. Like Thore gets. There's a driving advisory for flooded roads.

 

Hey PM....the master chief has completed his gourmet supper. With enough left over for two or three more meals! I am about to taste my efforts!

First I cut up some beef and started it simmering is a large wak type pan, then added a large diced onion, the a little later added lots of sliced green and yellow squash, followed a little later by half a bag of fresh, ray spinach, then topped with cut up broccoli tops....let steam for about another ten minutes....it is great! And almost no carbs! and no processed foods or preservatives!

 

The dogs smelled the beef, so I had a very attentive audience...

 

Oh, and iNuk said to tell you hi! He left right at 7pm our time.
