    actually not a whole lot of work, the only part that was tough was to go and bring the metal sheet that I used to cut out the piece I wanted. 3mm metal sheets are heavy

    No, I had a good service guy and he was very thorough on testing all aspects of the system before he started any other work. We went through about a dozen fuses...:lol:....it would take too long to go thru it step by step, but the skinny of it is that I had a bad zone switch and valve assembly (one of six). It was about an hour of analysis and 3 hours of digging up the assembly, re-piping it back into the plumbing system, then restoration followed by full testing.
