    The dreaded visit from the national vendor rep went really well. Lasted only 15 minutes. I gave him all the info requested, he looked it over, went through his spiel, and I had him back out the door. I wish they were all that easy.

    It baffles me as to why we continuously have to provide specifics. This is the third rep I've dealt with. Why don't they take the time to acquire the needed info? They want our business, I didn't call them!
