That honey pot theory makes zero sense. FEDS releasing pics of Avril as part of an operation? Believing the account is anything more than a troll means you're being trolled. Imo

 

There are by now millions of copies of those images on the net. They're not going to arrest random individuals for sharing them, because if you busted a few people you'd have to bust everyone, otherwise it wouldn't stand up in court.

 

well it is possible the FBI is releasing pics that the celebrities gave them permission to use as part of a sting, more likely though is the guy was given previews but has no actual full sets so is using previews to try and get people to send him the good stuff.

 

The theory has some plausibility. As a deterrent, the Feds could easily-cheaply make those few foolish enough to submit pics a large Internet example.

And if the largest judicial branch USSC has no problem legislating and executing new laws, neither would the Feds under our current no due process or check/balances state.

 

Ah now lads..celebs are in on it? Feds jurisdiction doesn't extend beyond the US. Plot flaws much?

 

When I was in college, I was at a party that got busted. There were kids in both the kitchen and the living room. The police chose to only issue citations to certain people at the party, while letting the rest go, specifically the people who they got to first, who were in the kitchen.

That's common sense, but I've been genuinely shocked by the lack of it during this whole process. The lure of celeb tittays if far greater than I ever imagined. And I love em.

 

Guys, you might want to look at how many piracy *examples* are made by Fed agencies, while allowing trade associations to become arms of the law.

My only question is whether these leaked individual celebs have lawyers as powerful as the RIAA, MPAA, SIIA etc. Although if these pics indeed ruin the blockbuster potential of a nude Jlaw movie... you'd better look out.

Yeah that twitter account is just a complete troll, they've released nothing of any major interest since they started posting.

Sure there's been a handful of clothed pics and claims that they're just waiting to release a whole batch at some point, but yet they can't post a single sample?

The "Fappening" is undoubtedly over at this point, all those Jennifer Lawrence pics (and vids) that'll never see the light of day......

 

Fappening gets banned in less than a week, but it takes months and Tons of media ridicule to get rid of reddit's child porn.
