    TV capture's lose a lot of details when they are captured. At 640*480, I'm surprised you found anything. (At all.)

    Maybe, I should have been clearer. Each pic takes a different approach. For exp. This pic I went for a pseudo-wet t-shirt look. (And Used multiply, added a touch of skin tone, slight contrast and numerous layers with the orginal pic. If the pic looks too "fake", I paste it onto the original. And play around with the opacity until I get the desired look.)

    And sometimes I just give up in disgust, and drop the pic into the recycle bin. (Like The Jennifer love Hewitt, terrapin posted earlier.)

    For me, The easiest way to see something. Is to play with the brightness\contrast, followed by Lighten\darken highlights, and\or mid-range contrasts. Also Playing with the unsharp mask\local area contrast will reveal contours.

    I dont know what im doing wrong..im using the magnetic crop tool, im layering via copy, im trying to get the right leveling done, but it just doesnt turn out right..ive been tryin for hours now..can anyone give me any tips real quick plz, i know its been asked a million times

    don't give up - try different images, some pics can be really fussy... even if they look like they should be easy.
