Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I'm not sure about the feral cat situation here. I know a lot of them sit in shelters, like Scribe said, but no one wants to adopt them because they're no pets. I don't know what happens to them. A shelter can take in only so many cats.
