Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     He is amazing, Looks like he has all kinds of stuff up on youtube. All of the people I know who play ukulele (all 2 of them) picked it up just as a second instrument, and its never progressed past learning a few chords. I think that's why you don't see many virtuoso's on it, because there just aren't that many people who start at it young and put all their passion into it. That and the fact that most people have a preconceived notion of what a ukulele sounds like, don't think many people think of that type of playing immediately. Amazing what passion and talent can produce together.

    You hit the nail on the head and drove it home. The uke has always been this sort of happy sounding mini guitar by my way of thinking. This guy really opened my eyes (and ears) to what is possible.
