Thanks! I am hoping it is painless. Doesn't sound that tough, but often times it turns out to be harder then it should be

You get 4 weeks including holidays which comes out to 224 hours total vacation time. Divide that by 26 weeks (we get payed every 2 weeks) and you come out with a little over 8 1/2 hours accured. So you have a bank of hours through out the year to pull your time from. If you don't have but 8 hours accrued you can only take 8, you can't draw on what you don't have yet. At the same time, if you've accured 224 hours already you don't accure anymore, you can't go over 224 hours in your bank. Clear as mud?

Yep, every other Wednesday. I like it but it does make it kind hard to schedule your bills sometimes. Since it's every 2 weeks sometimes the dates are off so you have to dicipline yourself to make sure you don't blow it before the bill comes due.

 

You should get you some chocolates

I meant blow my money before paying my bills. But I buy chocolate all the time too, so it's all good.

Jack got a garden shed from grims for Valentine's day. He's so lucky.
