Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I have a new client diagnosed with (amongst many, many other things) ADD. You can't even imagine. Just one example of one of our recent conversations:

    Me: Hey, Ms. XXX, I just wanted to let you know that Ms. ZZZ (co-worker) brought her dog to work today. It's a big dog, a Newfoundlander, her name is Greta and she's really sweet. You probably won't see her, because she stays in Ms. ZZZ's office, but I just wanted you to know. Are you scared of dogs?
    She: Can I use the phone to call my case worker?
    Me: Umm, sure. So are you okay with the dog?
    She: What dog?
