it takes a man of a much higher intelligence to live in a colder climate than to survive in a warm one. just the basic elements alone mean that you must posses a set of skills that the person in the warm climate does not need. most dramatic of this would be the cave persons. the cold dwellers would have many more skills that the warm mans world did not require.

I have my own theory about that......think for a moment which are the most fucked up countries/third-world countries in the world......consider their climate.....then think of the most developed and peaceful countries of the world....think of their climate.
