For me, everything is OK, but my co-worker had an argument with our team leader about her habit of leaving earlier on Fridays.

Nope, a private company. We get paid by government institutions for our work, though.

Not an owner. It's more like an association, run by a manager/director who is the boss of every one. Then we're split into several departments, i.e. several teams, which all have a team leader.

Hmmm, not that large. About 150 people work for the association, I think. There are about 20 teams.
