    I know what your getting at, leisure equals pleasure, which by and large is a good rule of thumb. Sometimes though money doesn't corrupt that. For example, in his lifetime Claude Monet was a very succsessful artist finacially, yet he didn't work on commision, or was even commisioned to paint (that I know of), he just puttered about and painted his garden and whatnot and people just snapped up his work in no time, paying good money for it too. It's easy to see why of course...

    In the case of Monet what you say holds much truth, but in the overall big picture I would assume that his case is the rarity. You definitely got what I was saying. I just like to keep my work and my pleasure on complete polar opposites of the scale so to speak.
