    Take every part of the pig not used for something else (nose, ears, etc..) grind it up, add seasonings and form it into a brick. Then cut into 1/4 inch slices and pan fry to desired crispness, then enjoy. DO NOT contaminate the scrapple with ketchup. It's a Philadelphia area specialty, and only one kind matters, Habbersetts.
