Yeah. It's a pretty big one. A lot of politics to go with the heavy work.

One of my vendors was by yesterday (steel vendor) and he said things have been slow with all his customers for the last several months now...so that at least makes me feel a bit better knowing we aren't the only ones locally that are hurting for business right now.

 

It's going to be a while till this gets better. It's not a Republican or Democrat thing -- it's an economic thing that's been in the making for years now. We've gotta stay strong!

 

I just hope that it has truly bottomed out and that it doesn't end up being a 'double dip' recession, because I dunno if we could survive here if things go south again :?

 

I'm hoping the double-dip doesn't happen too. That would be hard to dig out of.

 

I just heard on the radio that the snow showers they were predicting for this afternoon has now turned into a winter storm watch :?

10 to 12 inches of snow...WTF, it was 65° yesterday

 

Because of the mountains?

 

The mountains do play havoc with the weather, but it has been bizarre since last Friday
