    You have to watch those type of things to make sure they don't breed mosquitoes. ;) I have to remember to change out the outside dog water bucket and bird bath every three days....in warm weather, those buggers can go from eggs to biting adults in a minimum of 5 days.....our mosquito control services used to be under my direction.

    They are of the closed system type. Tied into the gutters with diverters when they are full. They have a tap at the bottom to get the water out. I do the same with the bird baths. I use "Dunks" in the ditch line.
