  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I am sleeping okay pm.

    slept about 7 hours last night. still having problems going to sleep but it is okay.

    I am going to speak with a Therapist tomorrow.

    I saw the Base Manager of the Airline that did the Medivac (Medical Evacuation) that flew me to the City today, was good to see him. I saw one ofmy Friends that wrk there too, he saw me going on the plane on the stretcher, he was shocked that night. he gave me a big hug and asked how I was doing

    the first night in the apartment I only slept 3.5 hours, but getting easier.
