    That's some serious rage. Don't mean to sound crass but I wonder what he did? I'm not saying it had to be anything egregious on his part. Either that or she just snapped and he was a target of convenience. :dunno:

    I've never liked the sound of that charge, "attempted," it's somewhat ambiguous. It assumes (from a legal standpoint) that you know what was going through the mind of the aggressor at the time of the attack. I mean, someone can set out to just seriously fuck somebody up without actually wanting to kill them.

    I agree......never made sense to me to reward someone for being unsuccessful.....the intent was there, so why reduce the penalty because they were a bad shot or in this case, just missed the heart?

    In our pm exchanges, Inuk kept saying how he was totally dumbfounded....in total shock that she would do this to him.....I think he will physically heal long before he will emotionally heal......
