I understand your point of view.....attended many outdoor sporting and concert events until I reached to ripe old age of 40.....now in my 60's, and with the associated change in perspective to physical comforts lol, the easy chair in front of the TV is preferred. Who knows, maybe some day you will feel the same way.

 

@ Inuk....20C here at present....would be higher, but complete cloud cover at present...

Going to take a break from the Igloo now and get some things done, like vacuuming the downstairs...been damp here for several days and the dogs have tracked in lots of sand at debris. Should be back in just a bit.

am pretty comfortable with the fact that i`m living a bit more south, inuk...

think the below-zero-times are over for this season over here. max. was -18 this winter.

 

ah that's not too bad there Riv. once we hit -20C it gets comfortable here. after a long winter of -30C and below once we hit that it's fine. usually by 2nd week of March we are done with the super cold weather.

not a clue how that can be solved Riv. it's a minor thing in my opinion.

ah nice my Friend. my Brother and Sister in Law are still visiting from Hometown so that's been great. GF and I went to work out at the Gym for an hour on Sunday and I went for another hour yesterday.

in the last year since I started my new job I have lost 45 pounds went down from 236 to 190. I would like to lose more but have been hovering around 187 to 192 for the past month. I guess at 36 years old eating right and semi rigorous work during the day can only do so much so trying a little more cardio and some weight training now to get strength back in my arm after September surgery.

 

arm okay?

(you can get the snow off the runway by hand... quite a workout... )

 

oh yeah I believe my arm is back to around 95% mobility and getting about 75% strength back. not using my arm for almost 1.5 months I had lost a lot of muscle tone.

just a bit of a pain getting it back.

heh I'm glad I have a Loader for the snow on the Runway. it's around the Air Terminal Building I have volunteered to clear snow with a shovel with my Guys. which they do appreciate.
