Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Believe me, I totally understand......harder to bring in a new dog to a well established dog.....some breeds are more of a challenge than others.....individual personalities also play a roll in these issues.

    It has not been that difficult for me.....I have not found that eliminating or greatly reducing certain "foods" that difficult......maybe it is because I am aware of the consequences of not getting the condition under control.

    we have worked out a method to try and lay her down firmly on one side and keep applying a firm but gentle pressure on her so we can break the behaviour. It is stressful for her to work herself up the way she does at times. IT works some times others it dont.

    I have a timer application, which I set to 25 seconds. Make post, start timer, when timer is up, make new post. It will continually ask you to leave page, but that eats up 20 seconds of the timer usually. May have to have two windows going. :tup:

    hey good day Cold.

    I have been stuck around 187 pounds for the past month or so. I guess I have to join the gym to start losing more. I was up around 235 pounds a year ago, since I started 1 year ago I brought myself as low as 179 but after the rehab after surgery and Christmas break I was back up to 190. been hovering around 185 to 190 since.
