Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Paperwork is the worst part. They preach paperless paperless yet I seem to be filing more in a big metal cabinet than on a harddrive.

    I have been trying to go paperless when I can but there is still a big need for it. especially in our section, have to keep records of everything I do.

    They give us so many tools at our disposal to keep records on a computer. However, I have to keep paper trails to track the computer records. How does that really improve productivity? Worst thing storage is at a premium, where do I keep these?

    oh same here merlin. I do keep records on the computer but I do have to write them out and scan them into the computer. I do type a lot faster than I print, wish they could come up with a nice excel or electronic copy we could use but oh well.

    Years ago I used a dolphin scanner that I could enter so many different parameters and conditions, then DL and a program would fill in the blanks and print a paper copy. I wish I had the knowledge to incorporate that into what I do. A small fortune could be made.
