  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    That is quite possible, though I imagine there are people elsewhere in this world who would beg to differ. I happen to think that our politicians are far more corrupt than yours. They're just better at it so it doesn't show as much.

    As far as rulers go, you got us there. The President of the USA has become almost a ceremonial position. He really rules by committee for the most part, though he does often have the final word.

    And our president though constitutionally is suppose to be a figure-head actually
    rules like a dictator or a king, expecting his children to be the next in line, monarchy..
