Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I think you’re being over-sensitive, Gap!, In the cut and thrust of debate that you seem to love (and I do realise that on this occasion you weren't actually participating), one can expect things to be said in the heat of the moment, that on reflection don’t look so good, but in this instance the “slur” isn’t direct and is in the form of a rhetorical question. Shrug it off!

    However, I have spoken to Pilgrimpopper.

    I have taken on board your comments S Type and replied to you personally via DM. I happen to think that the comment in question was merely sarcastic banter inline with the tone of that thread and not personally loaded, which has been totally taken out of context in an attempt to get me banned. Sad.

    I have never once been in Forum Issues with grievances about other members, but if it's good enough for others........

    If my comment merits a warning, how about this: http://forum.phun.org/showpost.php?p=5791470&postcount=247 Calling a member a cunt with no hint of irony or humour is clearly not on. D$ is still a member here. Is this allowed?

    Also this member: http://forum.phun.org/member.php?u=388206 is clearly somebody's second account, and is an out and out troll who is just attacking Del Preston/PH and myself and possibly others too. Is this allowed?

    I take issue when my country is describes as being inbred, say that about inuits and see how long you would last. I am all for banter and fun and slagging, but you spent that entire thread saying I am a troll / someone else / have multiple accounts and live in a country of inbreds.

    With respect I was not bickering in this section, nor had any intention of doing so. What I was doing was bringing to your attention what I think may be legitimate examples of flaming and trolling on the board.

    The first example I gave was unequivocal - calling a fellow member a "cunt". Clear flaming.

    The second example is a guy who has called (via not particularly cryptic insinuation) Del Preston a "crazy fucker" and "retarded" amongst other insulting remarks. And with me he has called me a "crazy fucker" and insulted my family.

    All I was pointing out that if I was given a heads-up on my language, then surely it is only right and proper and balanced to do the same with these two. Otherwise is it a case that asking a question in a jokey manner and not even addressing anybody directly is considered more of a rule-break or less desired behaviour on the board than directly flaming somebody? A clarification on this matter would be appreciated for reference. Thanks.
