  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    in general (had this discussion with others earlier) - we are no detectives of any CSI-team, so this "remote-upload", "someone is posting my vids" - thing is hard to examine for us.

    i can only suggest that everyone who feels his "work" is somewhat stolen: add a small txt-file to the zip/rar - sth like "uploaded by ktm2001 for phun.org". mentioned remote-uploaders will at least be somehow exposed and tracking of uploads will be easier.

    i am doing that lately, it sux that i didnt do it before.

    I know that some are remote uploads files because it was me the one renaming the original files with names like

    Leyla Black Living2 CL SD (original subsite name is viviendoconleyla = livingwithleyla)

    I add CL tag and SD or HD in all my uploads from that site but how can you know that it is me the one doing that and not someone else.. i understand it. Thanks god that they remove the internal remote upload option.
