    I'm pretty sure it's a false positive, but the offending link has been removed in any case.

    Basically, a user had an image in their signature and it was just grabbed from some random site rather than hosted on Phun or an image host. That site appears to have been suspended by their web host. So all links for that site including images are being automatically redirected to a "suspended" page. Avast is probably seeing that redirection from an image to a cgi script and thinking it's something fishy. Either that, or the site was serving malware at some point at that's why it's suspended by the host.

    But, either way, I'm pretty sure the user wasn't trying to be malicious, the link is removed, and it's highly unlikely that there was any real threat at any point.
