  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Hi, I've been posting mirrors for video files in this thread: http://forum.phun.org/showthread.php?t=418675 because the videos are deleted extremely quickly by white knights. I usually post the mirror a few hours after the original post, and keep editing the post with fresh links afterward.
    A user brought to my attention that it could be against the "no repost" rules, should I still wait for 3 days before posting a mirror to a link that will be reported and deleted in a few hours ?
    ( I refer to this rule: b. Others may only add Supplementary Hosts to a thread when 3 days (72 hours) have elapsed following the original post date. )

    i think the reason you are giving is bullshit, but in the end you have the right to have a thread of yours deleted. done.

    i don`t mind your mirrors. people are always free to check the posts they made and re-up files as soon as they notice that their links went invalid.
