    The improvement is clearly visible P4.
    If you don't mind me saying so I'd spend even more time on the hair. I know it can be a bitch at some time to fine tune it.
    Using some colour toned cloud brushes around the hair is a quick way around it. ;)
    I prefer to blend (overlay mode and gaussian blur 4px) some real cloud pics behind/around the face. Than copy (ctrl + J) the face and use overlay mode to blend (this will increase the contrast, darker gets darker and lighter gets lighter). If you use screen to blend, only the lighter parts get lighter; multiply will only darken the darker parts. After that, go down to the original face pic and apply gaussian blur, no too much.

    Basically it all comes down to the background pic wether to choose multiply, screen or overlay. More advanced you can use a combination of those to fine tune it and even further down the road to finish it with small amounts of gaussian blur and/or opacity/fill settings.
    Some final pics by me consisted of up to 7 layers before I merged them into the background. It takes some time and alot of experimenting but you'll be pleased with the outcome. ;)
