    Downloaded a retail :p version of CS3 Extended last week, just got around to work with the Pen Tool, makes cutting easy.
    Just wondering how you guys tackle the hair: pen tool or other?

    Most of the time I just change the color first, then I sharpen it. Or brush it, then blend it with the blur tool.

    I don't even know if I have the pen tool or how to use it. I tend to do the hair using a mixture of the magic wand, lasso, and feathering, although considering I play the drums, my hand's about as steady as Michael J Fox after a bottle of whiskey.

    I gaussion blur then fade the gaussion blur but the only cutting I do is with the 'feather' tool.
