The Circle was a complete mess. The problem is when she has to play a Mary Sue and she tries so hard to look serious.

I think she could be ok with a small role. Think in her character in This is the End, the little girl with the axe or the narcissistic idiot in the Bling Ring.

 

I agree with you 100% the cast was good, it had Tom Hanks showing his dark side, Karen Gillan was really good & should of been the lead, but Watson was so miscast.

If she is cast in the Black Widow, she should take a leaf out of Patrick Steward's book... approach it as a Shakespeare character, dark & villainous.

But not another variation of HG.

 

Trading Scarlett for Emma Watson? Uhh, no just my opinion though.

 

Emma (if she is cast) i would imagine would be part of the Black Widow's back story (as Loki revealed)?

Oh, so is Scarlett starring in this? I interpreted as she was being recast, that's why I said no to Watson because I just don't see it. Scarlett is a perfect femme fatale, Watson seems more likely to engage you in a debate lol.
