Amateur X-Ray Thread (NEW)

From my testing, although primitive, i think something can be done from all three of these images.
By the way i'm particulary interested in the girl in the black skirt with brown belt (in first pic).

 

Can anyone try this as well, if possible? Thanks!

There were others that could have been done had the people posting just followed the rules, but they get skipped if they can't, so it's there loss.

For all the newbies (and anyone else) requesting pics be done, I advise you to read the first page of this thread to understand the best types of pics to submit for the highest probability of them being successful.

You can also see from the ones that I have done (and their originals) what usually works, not to mention the size - most people submit pictures which are just too small to work with, and just blowing up a small pic doesn't make a difference (so don't try that) as the detail is already gone and the .jpg compression just gets worse. Also, every time you re-save a picture (like if you crop off the head, or block something out) you will lose more detail, so make sure your .jpg compression settings are set as high as possible, but you're always better off submitting the original if you can.

I guess my images at the bottom of page 102 weren't good candidates? Been waiting patiently and I didn't hear whether they were decent enough to do or not. I tried but I kept getting the pixelation.

tbriddmnd - I know I did one of yours but can't find it posted. I'll have to check my other PC to see if it's on there. I may have erroneously left if off my Christmas post.

Normally, if you see your page number and not your name, then I didn't get enough to do an X-ray. Usually if you're seeing pixels, that usually means they are too small or too highly compressed.


thedood: they have a better chance, but are still pretty small. I'll evaluate them when I get up to this page, but it will probably take a while.

Ray, I think you misunderstand the point of this thread - it's not to show random amateur pics that you've X-rayed as nobody cares to see them since they don't know who they are, it's for people to make requests and have us work on THEIR pics. Their girl friends, sisters/wives friends, relatives, co-workers, etc - that's the stuff they want to see here!

Besides, I've always wondered why you show some of the pics you do, considering there's nothing to see in most of them.

 

Can anyone try this out? I've been fiddling with it but I don't really have much knowledge in the ways of Photoshop/Gimp. Thanks much.
