    I use GIMP for that...same stuff...layers (multiply, screen, overlay), levels, saturation, hue, lightness, contrast, brightness, burn and dodge, and sharpness. To get the nipple that way, I use the spray with some red color and slightly paint over the nipple area, so u get a more natural color...

    But I'm a newbie on this x-ray stuff, some times I get good results, and some times it just sucks badly...

    Got some challenges here, apologies in advance if a couple of them don't quite meet the requirements but i've had a hard time on them and i'm sure there are some pros on here who can do a good job regardless.

    Not a good photo for x ray..too small, the dress doesn't help either, or she is using a bra...still I tried...if my eyes doesn't lie to me...this is the best result I got..
