  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    when that happens, usually b/c someone posted pictures w/o pressing return to start a new line, i just click the fit into window width button on my opera browser and blam fixed.

    It is not an image problem. What hungerforce describe is something else than what is stated by the original poster. The is a script problem on this board that causes the body of the thread to not be centered. We wll get it from time to time. It is annoying but it is a problem cayne is well aware of and has said he is trying to fix. ;)

    no horizontal scrolling possible? does this occur in each thread or only in "special" ?
    possible reasons:
    first: as hungerforce mentioned - to many pics in a row
    looks like vbulletin sometimes doesnt´manage to fit them to your screen-resolution
    maybe for testing try a higher resolution
    second: large pics instead of thumbnails
    same as above

    i made also a screenshot for your better understanding,when you look at the right side of the screenshot you see foe ex. my location"wherever i lay my hat" the t is cut off an so on....
    ...and it was allways,since the first day im here.

    I would have the same problem when using IE.

    Now, since i use FireFox, i dont have that problem anymore. When now, when i view a page in and IE tab, i get the same problem you're having. Not in Firefox though.

    It's a template problem.
    I had PMed cayne almost a year ago about allowing me to fix it for him. I got no response so went and started my own forums. ;) After his recent request a couple weeks ago which SirCum brought to my attention, I again PMed him offering up my assistance. Both PMs are showing as "UnRead" so oh well. :)

    If any staff sees this and would like to bring it to his attention, my offer still stands seeing as I respect this place for being my inspiration for other projects.
