  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I hope I'm not becoming a nuisance with my frequent questions. However I have a question about bumping a post. When if ever is it ok to reply to an older post thus bringing it back to the top of the section? Do the MODS decide if it's a valid bump or just a feeble attempt to get the post back up in the section? For example if I find something deep in a section that I really like should I just click the THANKS button rather than making a reply to the poster? As always I appreciate your time and guidance ;)

As I explained in the last thread you made in here, we don't want to see old threads (by that I mean ones older than 2 weeks) bumped.

So for example, if you come across a thread that was posted a week ago and is on page 5 of the celeb forum, feel free to post a reply, if you see fit.

If you come across a thread that was posted in May 2008 that you came across in a search and you like the pics, then click 'thanks' if you see fit and move on. We don't want old threads bumped, as they've had their day and it's disrespectful to people who post new threads that keep the place ticking over, if their thread goes flying down to page 2 because people want to bump threads of when Britney decided to shave her head or flash their vag to the paps.

    Are we clear? :)
