    Our max numbers were higher with annual sell back limited to 40 hours. The max PTO accrual allowed depended on your time in service.

    Yeah, pretty much. The longer you've been there, the more you accrue. In Jan. I'll get about 9.5 hours every two weeks.

    Sounds like a good deal. Never had those terms at a job. Its usually been a certain number of personal days allowed per time frame and an alotted amount if paid vacation earned per year after being employed for a required length of time.

    I'm not sure what the min. cash out is, but the max. is 80 hours per calendar year. There's a cash out in June also, which I declined to do.
