    it's just the theatrical trailer, and it's not venom...yet, it's when the symbiote takes over spidermans costume, the "Black Spidey" suit, the bad ass suit, not the tame red and blue. good find though, I haven't seen that trailer in full yet, well up until now.

    that actually is the leaked footage from comic-con and damn i wish it wasn't so blurry because that actually is venom at the very end of the clip. i read a description of this clip last week and this is it 100%. i really hope someone can find a HQ version.
