Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    i really liked serenity even though i didn't know much about the tv show. the one strike against it was the title of the film "serenity". i really think that it didn't have a good title to attract a wider audience. it needed a name with more..."oomph." because the movie, had a lot of action along with being thought-provoking. and the title was too... well, "serene." i'm not saying it should've been called "star wars" but if you have a scifi adventure movie, would you really name it something like "serenity" if you wanted to attract a wide audience?
    that's a good title for a scifi story in a book, but for a movie?

    it sucks.

    but the movie was GREAT! GO SEE IT, REGARDLESS!

    I understand how the title might not have been the most eyecatching or standoutish, but it was named after the ship, which I liked. The ship was like a whole other character, so it was good. Although I could just be bias because I loved the movie so much.

    I got the TV show Firefly on DVD. I really enjoyed it. They had mentioned maybe doing a movie on the DVD. I'm glad they made the movie. Haven't seen it yet. But looking forward to it.

    They are currently showing Firefly here in Aus on Foxtel. I'm really enjoying it. It's a shame It was axed in my opinion. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I hope to very soon.

    Another big credit to Joss Whedon. Not only has he produced some enjoyable shows, but he knows where to find some amazing looking women. He also doesn't mind re-using actors he feels comfortable with. You can find quite a few of the Firefly cast in Buffy and Angel.
