  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

A few new members have been posting videos but when you click on the link it redirects to elsewhere and asks for you to re-enter your login details even though i am already logged in. I am wary of being scammed for my account details. Is this type of posting allowed in the rules?

That is what they do so they can steal your information. I think it is better to report those threads.

I remember I saw somewhere that you have to post the direct link (no redirecting) but I can't find it.

This type of posting is strictly forbidden. That's the reason why we dont allow link shorteners, anonymizers etc.

In that posts you get redirected to a page that looks like the regular rs page but you are asked to re-enter your premium account infos,so "they" can steel the infos.

    The links look like:
    hxxp://rapidshare.com/files/2958798/porno.wmv

but when you go with your cursor on the rs links you will see in the left corner were it directs you,to:

    hxxp://rapidshcre.com/files/2958798/porno.wmv

    Look at the rapidshcre

So don't click on those links, don't re-enter login details and please:

    Report those threads immediatly!!!!!

    Your help is much appreciated!

there's a vbulletin mod where you can block bad sites, phun should definitely use it. you can set it where the word "rapidshcre" is replaced with "****", so the links don't work. you can also filter popular link redirectors, which are a big tool for phishers.
