  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    i read the faq but i still do not understand how to post and how to add images/icons with links, sigh...

    example :

    the first post in this thread : http://forum.phun.org/showthread.php?t=490219
    first you've got an image with no link
    then yo've got icons with links to imagebam

    how do you do that please + thanks in advance

    (i wanted to edit such a post TO SEE (not to steal) how it's written etc. but it's always "no quote"...)(is there anywhere a sandbox?)

    Non-clickable Pictures, embedded ones you could say, are so-called hotlinked pictures. (Full-sized)
    The ones with the small one linking to an external site (the image hoster) are so-called Thumbnails.

    To post that way, you have to upload your pictures to an imagehoster (pay attention, it must be an approved host) and you have to copy&paste the BB-Codes.

    You have to search for an approved hotlinking host (which are mostly rare) and have to take the direct link to the pic and put it into the Code

    The Anti-Theft plugin makes the code stealing impossible, which makes perfect sense for a celebrity board.
