  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

Problems with my Sig

    I started using a Sig today (thanks to toolz!) but there seems to be a problem: It is only showing up in new posts. Posts I made after adding the sig in my User CP. For example, on p. 8 of the MLB thread you can see that two of my posts have the sig while one (posted before I added the sig) doesn't.

    I also checked some even older posts and they were sig free, too. Toolz told me he had never seen that problem before. Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? Thanks.

    Thank you but how would that explain all my various content related posts from the past (certainly not quick replies) not having the sig? And that little boxed is already checked as I type this quick reply.

    Did you aler any CP setting when you added the new sig?

    And did you previously use a sig or was the area blank?

    No, I changed nothing at my CP and this is my first sig here. It was blank previously.

    Then the previous posts probably dont have any "Add signature" information in them. i doubt any sig will ever show up in them.

    The vast majority of my posts were of the "advanced" variety not "quick," if that matters. Also, I've noticed that in both options the sig box is checked; I assume that is the default setting. Again, it is just bizarre but what do I know? I just assumed that a sig was no different then an avatar in this respect. A bit of a bummer that isn't the case. :(

    that´s how it´s supposed to be, yes.

    sorry, but i doubt there´s anything to be done against. you could try to edit one of the posts where your sig doesn´t show and see what happens...
