  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I'm aware that any Playboy related content is strictly forbidden. I found this out the hard way when as a new poster to the forum I failed to read the posting rules and posted a Playboy clip. Salty very nicely advised me he would cut off my balls with a rusty knife if I did it again. However what about content featuring a former Playmate that is now in no way related to Playboy? Can you use "Former Playmate So and So" in the post title or is any reference at all to Playboy not acceptable? I much appreciate your advice and guidance.

    I did a bit of research and yes Playboy will not hesitate to sue your ass off for any copyright infringement. They will sue on principle alone regradless if they recoup money or not. Disney is another company that will do the same. However I doubt the Phun forum has had issues with Mickey and Donald content being posted illegally ;)
