  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Is anyone else having trouble loading the main page for Phun.org? My computer just gave up after like five minutes. Is it just me?

    mjeb was right. the frontpage didn't load for ~1h. But it wasn't a problem with the sql-server, that's what I thought. It was a problem with a fucking external ad. Super stupid. I alert a whole crew of technicans, got even in contact with the coder of the newsscript (that's kinda like talking with the coder of vbulletin...) and in the end they notice it's this fucking ad, killing my whole frontpage. grrrrrrrrr. but the support was once again great.
