  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Have been noticing a lot of people ignoring the approved host list rules in the video section, with some hosts being worse than others. Usually the violators are just continuing to use the same ones they always have been, and are just ignoring the new rule.

    One of the worst I've come across is http://asu.xail.net, which almost always locks up my browser for a long period of time (or permanently) and is also making the HD activity go nuts while it's doing god-knows-what.

    for some reasons the (ab)use of posting screencaps on more or less, mostly more useless or worse imagehosts has been my biggest reason for voting for this allowed-imagehost-list.
